Why Halcyon.
We opened Halcyon because the aesthetic industry had grown louder, faster, and stranger than the medicine that founded it. Patients were being sold treatment plans before they were examined. Faces were being chased rather than read.
We will tell you when you don't need anything.
Our work is conservative, deliberate, and built around the long arc of a face. We use injectables to soften — never to overcorrect. We use lasers for skin quality, not theatrics. We sequence treatments over years, not weekends. There is no upselling at Halcyon. If a seasonal facial is all your skin needs this quarter, that is what we will recommend, and that is what you will leave with.

The Founder · 02
Dr. Naomi Reyes.
MD · Board-certified Dermatologist · FounderNaomi trained at Mount Sinai before completing her dermatology residency at NYU Langone. She spent the next four years at Ever/Body in Tribeca, eventually leading their injectable training programme and consulting on protocol design across all four Manhattan locations.
She opened Halcyon in late 2024 with a small thesis: a generation of patients had become better-informed than the industry was prepared for. They wanted a clinic where the medicine was visible, the pricing was published, and the answer was sometimes "not yet." Halcyon is what she built for them.
Outside the clinic, Naomi sits on the editorial board of Cutis, speaks twice a year at AAD, and quietly raises two daughters in the West Village.
